I started my career at Tjintokk as a car tester in various departments, both with heavy vehicles and with passenger cars. Eventually I slipped into Trackteam and have been here for 6 seasons. In our area, we do track maintenance and workshop work. I work on the lake as a track worker and there are a total of 4 of us per shift led by a group leader. In calm weather, the work flows. Challenges can arise when the weather gets rougher and then we can have to prioritize, something we have our routines for. Colleagues that I appreciate are those who have a high work ethic and who are willing to learn. You should be humble and open to learning, with the right attitude anyone can handle this job. What I appreciate most about coming to this job is the nice colleagues. We have a good atmosphere here and that's what makes you feel comfortable.
