Meet one of our amazing employees

  • I have worked here for almost 2 seasons and enjoy my job. There is a difference between high and low season, during the high pressure in the winter it is a lot about being on site when something happens in the property that needs a hand. It is rare that you can plan for your jobs then, so to enjoy working here you should be a person who enjoys acting on what is needed. During the low season it is different, then it is easier to plan for the jobs that are to be done in maintenance. I think everyone can learn this job, if you are just a little practical and open to learning. The job at the Janitor's Office is about keeping the property in good condition and that the customer is satisfied with the premises in the workshops. You should also be a person who can handle balls that come at you and who is open to changes. But in the big picture, that is also what is the lesson in this job: If you are open to handling rapid shifts in the jobs that are to be done, you learn an unexpected amount.
